General Property Information:

 

Is Casa Ka Mari a vacation rental property or a resort?

Casa Ka Mari is a farmhouse rental property with resort-like facilities. We only rent out per cluster or wing, or the entire property for stay. We do not accept bookings per room. We also rent out for events like weddings, birthday parties, etc.

 

Can I hold parties in the property?

Yes, we allow parties in the property. However, small intimate parties need to be pre-arranged with the property, and with food & beverage requirements arranged directly with the property F&B.

If property will be rented out for bigger events like weddings, kids birthday parties, etc. that will require extra manpower requirements, property set-ups, etc., this may require a separate events-related fees.

You may rent the property for these big events and use your own event organizers and suppliers, subject to standard event rental and services fees.

 

Can companies hold meetings, team-building and similar activities in the property?

Yes. Casa Ka Mari is designed to solve corporate needs. We have a separate function room for these kinds of activities unlike other vacation rental houses or properties. Our outdoor grounds offer a lot of options for team building and bonding activities. The use of the function room is free of charge, subject to exclusivity or non-exclusivity conditions during the stay.

What is your corkage policy?

At the moment, corkage is waived for drinks on personal consumption during the stay. For events and parties, corkage fee shall be applied.

The property has in-house bartenders who can assist in mixing cocktails and mocktails using guest’s corkage-free beverages. However, if bartenders are required to stay up late by guests, a bartending fee shall be applied, accordingly.

 

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you may add additional food items for your meals. Our in-house chef may also assist you in the preparation and heating of your food items. However, a cooking fee shall be applied if cooking is part of the preparation.

You may opt to do your own cooking. Our in-house chefs can assist in the use of the kitchen equipment and supervise activities in the kitchen. This needs to be pre-arranged with the property.

We do not allow consumption of food inside the rooms. The dining areas are open 24/7 for any dining or drinking requirements.

Can I bring my own private chef?

Yes, you can bring your own private chef. However, same stay rate will apply and pre-arranged full board meals will still be served, unless waived by guest. Our kitchens are fully equipped to allow other chefs or cooks to do meals or party menu for our guests.

 

What time can I check-in and check-out?

Standard room check-in time is at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Kindly note that check-in time may be shifted to 3:00 PM during high occupancy periods. 

You may opt to arrive earlier than your check-in time. You may use the property facilities and amenities while waiting for your check-in.

Early check-in is waived if your room is available. Late check-out is waived if your room will not be used for another guest arrival.

What meals are covered by a full-board stay?

Full-board stay includes 3 meals: 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch and 1 Dinner. These meals can be taken anytime during the stay depending on actual time of stay within the property. Meals in excess of these will be charged, accordingly. Full-board meals are served based on actual number of guests staying in the property. All day guests are subject to additional fees, unless otherwise waived by the Manager.

Due to our commitment to farm-to-table or farm market-to-table, actual dishes vary depending on the freshest available items in our farms or pre-approved municipal markets or supermarkets.

Each meal includes: 1 fish dish, 1 pork dish, 1 chicken dish, 1 desert, 1 serving of iced tea. From time to time, the property may serve simple AM and PM snacks, and freshly baked breads and homemade cheese or butter.

 

If I book a cluster/wing and I cannot use all the rooms, will I pay the same rental rate?

Yes. We only accept bookings for entire wing/cluster or entire house. Regardless of number of persons staying or number of rooms used, the same rental rate will apply.

Exclusive use of the property is only allowed for full house rental.

 

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins. All guest requirements require pre-arrangement from us.

What is your child policy?

Kids 12 and below are free of charge when sharing room with parents. Valid for 2 kids only. Charges apply after the 2nd child. Free stay is exclusive of full board meals.

 

How do I contact the service staff when I am in the property?

Our service staff will be present in the property from 7am – 8pm during your stay stationed either at the front desk or the restaurant. Our security guards will be around for the night shift.

You may also opt to contact our staff for all your requirements thru viber or cellphone with the mobile number of the property.

 

Can I request for housekeeping services?

Because we are a rental property, housekeeping services are available only upon request during your vacation rental stay for valid guest concerns. Change of bed linen is done every after 3 days of stay. 

 

Do you have wifi?

Wifi is accessible throughout the indoor areas using the Wifi passcode to be provided upon check-in.

 

Do you allow early check in and late check-out? 

Early check-in and late-check-out are allowed for free subject to space availability.

 

Can I store my bag?

Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge up to 6 hours before or after your official booking dates. The property reserves the right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items. 

 

Do you have an elevator?

There are no guest elevators. The property is a 2-storey complex that is easily accessible without elevators.

 

Can I bring my pet inside the property?

Pets are allowed within designated in-door public spaces and within pet-designated bedrooms.

The loft allows pets inside. Within the main house, pets are allowed within the lounge, and pet-designated rooms per cluster/wing.

 

Do you offer parking slot for property guests?   

Yes, there are ample parking spaces within the property perimeter and around the GK Enchanted Farm estate. 

 

Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?

Yes, we have PWD rooms specially available for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.  

 

What is your linen & damage Policy?

Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, vomit, blood and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings. The exact cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge. 

 

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking, shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes, including inside the house and rooms are strictly not allowed. Outdoor areas are allowed for smoking. However, we request for consideration of other guests in the exercise of smoking to ensure they are not inconvenienced or compromised, in any way. Our staff may approach you to request for deference of smoking should another guest request for it. A fee equivalent to Php10,000.00 per incident will be charged to your account if a smoking incident occurs in your room or indoor spaces during your stay. 

 

Do you offer shuttle service?

We do not offer any shuttle service to or from the property. However, if needed, and if arranged prior to day and time of need, we may be able to assist you to find a service provider for this.

 

What are the booking & cancellation policies?

Booking requires full pre-payment. Only prepaid bookings can be accepted and confirmed.

Cancellation is allowed 48 hours prior to date of arrival. Full refund will be given for cancelled bookings within the allowed period. Otherwise, refund for last minute cancellations will be 50% of confirmed rental rate.

 

What are the other amenities in the property?

- We have a nature-inspired swimming pool. Like other rental houses, the use of the pool is “at your own risk”. Our staff goes around the property and are not stationed 24/7 around the pool area.

- We have massage services, upon request. This needs to be arranged prior to check-in to ensure that our accredited masseuse will be available during the stay. Massage can be done inside the guest bedrooms or the Spa Room, whichever is available. Outdoor massage may also be requested an approved by the Manager depending on the others groups of guests staying in the property, if any.

- For entertainment, a Karaoke set-up is available at the lounge. Use of the Karaoke is officially until 10pm only. However, request for extended use may be approved by the Manager depending on other groups of guests staying in the property.

- For nature immersions, our farms are designed for people interaction. You may request for planting sessions, harvesting if in season, etc. Our tilapia pond may be available for catching fish, during the grown-out stages of the tilapia. Feeding of the tilapia may also be experienced. Our horses are also trained for simple horseback-riding.

- There are other interesting areas to walk around to within the GK Enchanted farm.
