TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY:
1. All rooms rates are subject to 5% cleaning fee per night.
2. Ages 0-5 are free of charge if sharing room with parent/s.
3. Ages 6-12 are free of charge for maximum 2 children only,, if sharing room with parent/s.
4. Extra Person charge is Php2,500+.
5. Meal rates (outside inclusions);
Ages 0-5: Free of charge (sharing room with parents)
Ages 6-12: 50% Discount on buffet or set meals.
Ages 13 & above: Full meal rate applies
6. Check-in/Out: Standard times apply unless early check-in or late- check-out are pre-approved.
7. Corkage: Currently waived for drinks on personal consumption. Events and parties are subject to standard corkage fees.
8. Swimming Pool: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No lifeguard is on duty for private bookings.
9. Farm & Animals: Adult supervision is required when engaging with farm animals and within farm premises for safety. Stay within walking paths/trails and within Ka Mari Farms only.
10. Pet stays are allowed at the Azotea Loft, upon request.
